Seismic Retrofit & Evaluation

Mathew Bittleston, S.E.’s experience includes both seismic evaluations and retrofit designs, based upon both code forces and performance based design methodologies. He has primarily focused upon FEMA 310 and FEMA 356 evaluation and retrofit guidelines, but has also done some code-based and client-developed criteria.
